Is The Bard's Tale on sale somewhere?

Noticing a decent amount of giveaways for it but I searched on all the places I could think of and it doesn't seem to be on sale anywhere I can find. Where are these giveaways coming from?

You get it for free for supporting this greenlight game. I don't remember what it is though.

I bought it in the Summer Sale this year, probably was around 75% off there, chances are pretty high that it'll get the same discount again.
