They are probably talking about backlog games, games that you own but you haven't played it yet or you're not doing anything with it. those guys are probably in a group with rules that you play the games you win, that being said, someone has to spot your backlog games called backlog police, and kick you out of the group once proven. that's how I see it but I'm not sure.

i not joking here,i being completely and utterly serious here, what the hell is a back log police,i join discord server for steamgifts and i see two people keep talking to each other about backlog police and stuff like that and when i ask about them on what they are,they use very vague answers or even didn't reply,i just want to know what they are honestly,are they some kind of fanatic completionist group that will ensure any friend asking that group help on finishing will ensure that friend will finish it no matter,honestly i have no idea what it about and honestly it ripping my head off, curiosity will the cat but bloody hell i really want to know about it
