Instead of messing with the blacklist, why not simply put a contributor level requirement on your GAs? Saves a lot of time.

One "safenet" is adding level restrictions, usually from lvl 2 and up to avoid the vast majority of 0 or 1 sent. However regardless of the level you use there will always be people with significantly higher % of wins than sent. How you handle your blacklist/whitelist is for you to decide.

Strictly speaking, it's your blacklist so do whatever the hell you want with it. If it makes you feel bad then stop doing it. If it doesn't then keep doing it.

If you're blacklisting the people who've won some of your giveaways then that should be fine really. That person has already won 1 game from you, so blacklisting them helps other people win something in the future. Other than that either use level requirements or make a group if you're feeling really ambitious.

your bl, your rules. you could also add every person to your bl with the letter "k" in their nickname.. NO you're not a bad person (at least not for bl people :P) but who knows ... >:D

it doesnt make you a bad person, and it is your BL so its none of my business, but i think most people are using it wrong.
in your case you could just make it level restricted, besides no one is obligated to give away anything, as long as they are respectful and don't have an attitude problem i think its fine
