Binding of Isaac. For $5, you can't go wrong. The fact that it has randomly generated rooms makes it even better.

Honestly, TF2 when it wasn't F2P. But not really because of the game, trading was lots of fun for me back then. Sadly it has changed a lot D:

Orange Box for $7.50, then Portal for free for my gf.

A lot of great memories playing Portal. Still haven't played through Portal 2 yet.

Garry's mod 2.50 at a sale i bought it for 261 hrs played. that is less than a cent an hour. BEST GAME EVER

i Could say TERRARIA, payd around 3 bucks, more than 30 hours of co-op gaming... also MAGICKA, costed like 2 bucks and played A LOT with friends.
Had also nice borderlands 1 experience on 30 hours + of gameplay for like 4 bucks (dollars).
