I don't think you can reroll if the winner is not in the group anymore. That's like rerolling a winner that was blacklisted after they entered. Their entry is still valid.

so, any new member have to make 2 GA and wait for them to finish (until the end of the month) and then the next month make another GA to be able to enter to other Give Aways (since they cant enter until the first one ends)? or the first give away can end before the end of the month?

The new member have to create a giveaway of 1 non-bundle or 3 bundles in the first 2 days, and can put to end in 24~48 hours. After it, have to create the mandatory giveaways to end in the last day of the month.

Desculpa cara. Eu coloquei a restrição de level justamente pra ver a "reputação" da pessoa dentro do site, e vc tá no level 0. Palavras não bastam. Quando vc chegar no level 3, se ainda tiver interesse, me procure ;)

You need to be at least Level 3+ to enter in the group.
The max limit for the group is of 30 members.
The rules: (Você pode checar as regras em Português aqui)
New members must make a giveaway of a non-bundle game, of at least $3, or 3 bundle games, of at least $3, within the first 48 hours that joined in the group, and can't participate in any giveaway until your first giveaway be finished, delivered and confirmed.
The giveaways must end at 8:00 PM of your current country, in the last day of the month, and have to be created until the 15th day of the month.
The mandatory giveaways are of at least 1 non-bundle game per month, with a minimum value of $5, or 5 bundle games of at least $5 per month.
Games on the Blacklist of the group will not count as new member or mandatory giveaways.
Will be banned from the group any member who doesn't comply with the rules of the monthly giveaways, or disrespect any other member.
When a giveaway finish, check if the winner is still in the group, or in the Pendent list. Otherwise, ask to support for a new winner.
The group will be checked every month to see if everything is in order and the giveaways being made.
Check here all the giveaways made by the group until now.
