How long did YOU w8 for support:D

So I have two tickets and from 3 weeks no1 answered to them:D

But some people are w8ing already 9 MONTHS can you imagine that:D?

my oldest ticket is 4 months old for a person that is clearly a second account(18 games,no playtime at all) and it's still pending..

That doesn't really count since it's just User Reports from SG1 that the support team couldn't ever see anyways. They've only now been made available to see for both users and support.

Ohh really? Didn't know that bit, haven't really been bothered by the lack of a response either xD only reason I checked was because this thread made me curious if I had any outstanding tickets.

Although the guy did win a bunch more giveaways and should probably have been banned, at least temporarily at one point.

I've been waiting over a year for a ticket. Honestly I barely care at this point, but it would be nice to be resolved.

I would suggest creating a ticket to automatically do that now, since it's one of the newer additions (if you try to create one of them, you'll know what I mean). Those tickets before are still pending because they all had to be done manually.

with intro of v2 i saw 3 old unanswered tickets (9-10 month) and deleted them ;)

you should to that too, that fastens up the answer times for the rest.

depends on case had one with a few months but i've closed it after SGv2

I'm waiting for a reroll now for 2 weeks (that's a pain for me cos it's ratio group GA:) but hey, what can i do?
