You must also use the same e-mail for your GMG account. Change it to whatever you used to vote and change it back after you got your code. That worked for me, though if you're already using the same e-mail and still get the error, then you'll probably have to contact customer service.

did you get the confirmation email from CVG? You might need to enter your profile and have them send it.

1. You need to use the same e-mail on your GMG and CVG account.
2. You need to verify both e-mails (if you didn't recieve the verification e-mail press button to resend).
3. Go to your GMG profile and change your e-mail so it only consists of normal letters (NO CAPITALS).
4. Redeem the game here and when entering e-mail enter it without capitals.

Could be you're in a country that GMG doesn't sell to. If they don't sell, they might not even be willing to pass you a free game.

You have to choose a new username when filling the form in GMG, if you use your own it gives that error.

I tried everything, still getting message : You're not voted. I even create another accounts , still nothing. It's hopelesss.

Yeah the gj free game thing is ambiguous as **** I had to create a new user but I still didn't receive anything :-?? No idea how you're supposed to use the account you already have. Gave up.

It's all a scam. The persons who pretend to have received their free games are all bots.
P.S. yes, I also seem to be human, since I can't get the free game, no shit what I try, and I'm doing everything they demanded.

I did the same thing and got no game but I am not voting again with my other e-mail. I feel voting twice would not be right.

I got my key after 2 days

3 days now I have been trying to get ONE.. fuckheads have exploited the system and got many copies and I can not even get one.. lame fucks some people are

I voted and created a bogus CVG account but then it turns out that I had to supply the same email for the CVG account as I have registered on GMG. That's pretty lame (and they only tell you in the fine print). I have no interest in letting Future gobble up my private email so they can spam it.

Meh, I own both games, was just doing this to get a key to give away here, so whatever...

first, do all the stuff and say i'm elligible
second, click all the e-mail stuffs and come to the page where i have to enter my informations
third, enter my CVG informations, says there is a bug in the matrix (lol)
fourth, enter my GMG informations, says I'm receiving an email for my keys
fifth, get the e-mail I have to click a link from to verify my e-mail and receive my "free games"
seventh (?), come to the page from that link, says i havent voted yet

-> finally says there can be a 24 hours delay for the link to be valid to come with the key stuffs. will wait that
