Try the Hector trilogy, since you have found other Tell Tale games decent.

Psychonauts might be for you. :) It can get hard and tense for the boss fights, but overall it's a super fun, awesome, hilarious game (by the same makers of Brütal Legend, too). :)
Another Double Fine one, haha, is Stacking. The story might not be as strong because of the way it's told, but it's fun and relaxing, very casual. And there's a decent hints system that's very accessible but not compulsory which also helps with the casual nature of the game. :) There's also a lot of humor in the particular personalities and actions you get to take command of. :)

Yeah, tried both of those. Especially loved Stacking! Unfortunately, never got to finishing either, because life. To be honest, I really should dig these games up from my hard drive. I actually have lots of games I should play. I justneed people to remind me.

Nice! Hmm, yeah, I know how that feels. I have so many games that I want to play with my soulmate and soon-to-be wife, but we're just so busy with school and things (it'd be much easier if we lived together rather than dozens of miles apart). I feel like I should know another game or two that'd fit along with Stacking and the ones you've enjoyed, but I just can't place them yet. :)

Speaking of Double Fine, I just played Costume Quest, had a lot of fun with it. We're a bit past Halloween, but it was a cool game. Not hard at all either.

Yeah! It gets huge points for style and fun! And I really like most of the mechanics, although the combat is mighty easy. I don't think I've ever lost a battle... maybe once against a big boss? Or it was just close. The biggest thing, I think is that the combat is very formulaic, but it's still fun and doesn't hurt the game imo. :)

If you like tower defense at all, I've been really liking Defender's Quest -- it's a hybrid Tower Defense/RPG with a storyline, where the "towers" are actually PCs who you get to level up and develop with gear and skill trees. It has a fun storyline and engaging characters, and the game mechanics fit the story, and the difficulty levels are incredibly scalable. I found playing the basic campaign very easy and have been running through more challenging modes since then. If the basic campaign is a bit much, you can turn up the XP/cash rewards a bit in the Accessibility menu and tone it down even further from the defaults. There's almost no branching in the storyline but I find it fun to go back and beat harder maps once I've leveled/geared up my party more, play it in hero mode, etc., so there is good replayability.
If you can get your hands on Grim Fandango (it's out of print so you'd need to find an old copy kicking around) it's really great, by the makers of Brutal Legend. A point-and-click adventure but very funny and with a lot of good detail, really a cut above the rest of the genre. I haven't played their Monkey Island series yet but it's also supposed to be very good. The Longest Journey is more tense but also has a lot of detail and fun characters and humor.

Yeah... we gave away our boxes and then I went looking for another copy a while ago and was shocked to find that it's hard to get now. I'm hoping GOG or Steam will get their hands on it someday. But the other adventure games are all in print.
I like the Spiderweb software RPGs, too (Nethergate, Avernum, etc.) -- they're very meaty, usually have funny bits, and big sprawling storylines. Very retro/old school isometric pixel art, though, so not to everyone's taste.
I'm not playing it currently, but LOTRO in FTP mode lets you do the main quest storyline without paying a dime I think, too, and last I looked they had retooled most of it so it was fully playable solo without being terribly hard, and there are a lot of very casual-friendly minigames and quests there (start a hobbit to get a ton of fun and funny quests.) LOTRO is a very pretty MMO and as long as you stay out of end-game raiding there's no grinding.

I don't know why, but I never liked RPGs or MMOs. Personal of course, but there's something about endlessly investing time into something for the sake of it seems a little... not me. Just me of course.
As for Fandango, I agree with you. It'll be a waste if no one ever played it again. Needs to be more widely available.

+1. I love both of these and they fit a lot of your criteria.

Assassin's Creed (I recommend AC2; It's easily my (and many other AC fans') favorite)
The storyline is awesome, and the game is fairly easy (although at first you may not be familiar with the controls etc. but a few hours in you will be playing like a pro)
Also check out: Defender's Quest: Valley of the Forgotten (Tower defence with a unique story)
It's a hidden gem that most people don't really know of. I personally didn't play it much immediately after I bought it (through a sale), but recently I have been playing through the game and it's quite enjoyable. Defender's Quest II is also coming out soon. It's fairly easy in that the difficulty is yours to choose. If you want challenge you can always revisit by playing the + mode.

Although it doesn't quite fit your criteria, I highly recommend that you play FTL: Faster Than Light!
It's such an excellent game, it's my second most played game on Steam with 94 hours recorded (with another 50+ hours played offline and on my desktop that's currently offline only).
There are also a ton of great mods tat add a little or completely change the game when you've beaten it to the extent that you feel necessary before using mods.
I can't praise this game highly enough!
It's more than worth the $9.99 price tag on Steam and it's currently 50% off right now for the next 36 hours!

Oh yes, FTL! It's a roguelike but the emergenct storyline is very entertaining. You can touch the difficulty down a notch by bumping scrap gains up, if the base game is too hard. Replayability to collect all of the random events, ship unlocks, play with all the new ships, various achievement challenge modes, etc. is good. I've played a bunch of this from GOG.

I think you should try Gunpoint which is not too relaxing or easy but its still a good fun game that can be funny and has a good story.

"-Relaxed. I'm playing a game to have a little rest. I'm fine with some excitement, but I don't want to be stressed on most of the game."
"-Easy. I love games, but I'm not exactly "hard"core. I like to breeze through my games."
Sir, you need to play Dark Souls (and my real proposition is Kerbal Space Program, rly funny game sadly not too much if we talk about story)

dark souls is my relaxation game.... are you making fun of my choices for relaxation!?!? :P

Try Thomas was Alone game, it was on Humble Bundle a while ago, and a great, narrative, relaxing puzzle game. you play as 'Thomas' a rectangle that has some interesting thoughts, that are all narrated. I'll let the game tell you the rest of the story, it truly is an amazing game!

Get Mafia II. It was the best game I have EVER played. You might already have it because it was free.

I need/want some recommendations as to what games I might want to play next. Here are some conditions:
-Easy. I love games, but I'm not exactly "hard"core. I like to breeze through my games.
-Narrative. I like a bit of story in my games.
-Touching. I don't just want an engrossing story. I want to feel something.
-Relaxed. I'm playing a game to have a little rest. I'm fine with some excitement, but I don't want to be stressed on most of the game.
-Funny. Not exactly necessary. But it helps.
-Fun. And I mean this in a gameplay sense. I mean, I gotta actually have fun playing the game.
So there it is. If you know anything that might hit the mark, tell me!
Games I like:
Portal Series - Practically hits all the above.
Half-Life 2 - Not exactly relaxed or funny, but it was pretty fun. A little too stressful though.
Don't Starve - Again, another one that hits the right notes. Though not quite as fun.
Poker Night 1/2 - It's good, but not exactly fun.
The Walking Dead - I'm actually pretty happy with this. Just about as tense as I needed.
Bastion - Easy with that new "keep on going" mode. Pretty fun too.
Brutal Legend - Another good one. No need to say.
Sam & Max Seasons - Epitome of a good boring game. You gotta admit, clicking things wasn't fun, but Max made up for all of it.
So if anyone wants to recommend anything, then go ahead!
Thanks!
