thats really unfortunate. what about users who successfully participated nearly 24h ago in that giveaway and even got validation emails as evidence? can they somehow get their keys through a support ticket maybe? since we even would have the validation link as a proof (which is hopefully unique for each user)

Ok so lot of us got the validation email, we clicked it and got validated and told to wait for the key. Several hours later i got email that prompt to stardock web but it says "access denied ERROR 403" so i'm not sure if that means i will not get my key even after registering, opening the launcher with the game, waiting for too many hours OR that since i DO have the validation email, then later that same link will let me get my key or that you will send me a new email with a new token key that works or what.

The promotion is no longer available and when, after reading your message, I tried to validate via the link in the email they sent me on February 3, I got to the page with the message "A problem has occurred. Your request is either invalid or has expired..."
Back then the link gave the error so I thought it would work now but it doesn't.
How did you manage to get your key now?
