PS Vita - is it worth to buy?

Buy vita for Persona 4: Golden. Nuff said.

Hmm... I have mixed feelings about vita, I mostly play psone classic games @_@

Had the Vita 1000 with and the Slim 2000 one, both are good despite the 2000 looks
somewhat cheaper and the display is a huge difference (oled vs led) in terms of colors.

Personally i did not care to play indie-titles on the vita - and thats whats mostly being offered on the system.
Except for the few good/available vita titles the old PSP/PS1 games one can get from the store weren't my
thing either (got FF7 - FF9) still 150€ for a new PSV + 8GB is very nice price ... if you intend to use it for portable gaming.

Big minus - availability of VITA Retail games ... horrid, when not being fond of DOWNLOAD games on consoles/handhelds.

Katamari ...
Ninja Gaiden ..
Metal Gear ...

PS Vita is great - I mostly play The Binding of Isaac :-)

Buy a android phone instead. You can play the same games on android.

Buy it based on what is available right now - don't count on upcoming releases.
Some good ones may still come around and that'd be nice. But there are no guarantees that the platform will get any large degree of support.

If you think the games currently available are worth it, want to use it for PSP/PSone titles or want it or its remote play functionality then go for it.
If you're running with PS+ and have a PS4/PS3 alongside then go for it for the free games alone.

If you want a powerful handheld with great games and support. Either wait a generation or consider the 3DS/New 3DS.

I have PS Vita and it's a shit, you have to buy tons of sony SD Cards in order to store your games and they don't cost that cheap plus doesn't have a big storage either, so I want to get rid of it

I think it's worth it, especially if you get psn+ that gives you plenty of games, since your brother has already a ps3, I'd say go for it, get psn+ and you'll enjoy games for your ps3 and ps vita :o

Ps Vita is dead and sony isn't supporting it with any AAA titles.Most of the games released recently are either indie titles or Japanese games and in some cases cross platform.

rather use those 150 EUR for buying games on PC or newer hardware for PC

PSP Vita - the worst idea of all the lines of the dying branches consoles. Anyway, in my opinion.

Better buy a New Nintendo 3DS, if you want portable console, or save it to buy in future a gaming PC when you have more money,

Vita full of RPGs with anime style, if you like it buy it if not don't.

Get Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles on the PSN (PSP Game, includes remake of Rondo Of Blood, its original version and Symphony of the Night). I also like a lot LittleBigPlanet Vita and Killzone Mercenary

Sounds almost like the same deal at my local online shop. Would love to get me a PS Vita someday. Load shedding sucks and would need an alternative gaming device lol.

I have a ton on my Vita, it's my 2nd most played handheld (behind my 3DS).

Well ... I feel sorry for you. Everyone makes mistakes. Get God of War and Marvel vs Capcom, those are only games I like on PS Vita. Also only ones I played before selling mine.

You can find nice stuff for sure, but, and this is a big BUT, if you don't mind paying so much for (mostly indie) games that you can find much, much less on steam sales and bundles, of course.
