I am asking myself if a copy bought from Nuuvem would be playable without a VPN from a german steam client?
Games from Nuuvem are southamerican keys with region lock as I know but would also do a start/playlock kick in?
Maybe someone can help with it.

A 90 days start/playlock only happens if the game is configured as "prohibitrunincountries", which is usually shown in the app information on SteamDB (e.g. Wolfenstein: The Old Blood).
Dying Light isn't restricted like that. If Nuuvem offers a ROW version, you wouldn't even need VPN to activate.

But nuuvem doesnt offer a row version. If Dying Light hasnt this restriction in the DB what will happen if you start it after activation?

It will start/run without VPN even in the first 90 days.
If they don't offer ROW keys, you would have to use VPN for activation though.

I heard that the Enhanced Editon Uncut works on a german client... I'm looking for that game, too! ^^

Well I have Dying Light as a RoW Version running on my steam client from germany (also activated it there) without problems.. but I activated it back in 2015 and I can't speak for the Enhanced Edition.
