I'm tempted for both Burnhouse Lane and Arboria. Not too often I have a wishlisted game in one of these, let alone two.
Having said that, I agree that it's kinda meh compared to most Platinum Collections.

I'm only interested in Doom Classic Complete, its a good deal for 3.33$ since it has two removed games. But I didn't find another 2 worth the price to complete tier 1 from this bundle.

In case this could somehow change your perspective - 2 removed games are still available, but are now included in one install package for DOOM II. More info here:

Still, I thought the extra games were removed from my libary, but was surprised to find Master Levels and Final Doom in my library just now. So I guess if you want the removed games as standalone positions in your library, it is still a valid apporach probably.

But the question is if I buy the current DOOM CLASSIC BUNDLE on steam do I get them as separate games or not? Because according to that link, Doom Classic Complete being replaced by DOOM Classic Bundle.

To be honest - I don't know. I bought Doom Classic Complete pack as a retail key a long time ago.
Steamdb says no, but Steam store page of the game sounds like maybe , since it says:
Owners Receive
The original DOOM II
The enhanced, re-release of DOOM II
The original TNT: Evilution and The Plutonia Experiment episodes (Previously sold as “Final Doom”)
The original, twenty master levels from independent designers (Previously sold as “Master Levels for Doom II”)
and lists the updated version as a separate thing. The simplest way to find out would be probably to buy the game, check if you got the old, separate stuff, and refund afterwards to buy it at a later date with a discount. In that case you'd only have a matter of choosing the better deal on Steam, or in other store. On the other hand, the key in the deal above is a sure thing without all the hassle.

Quake and Constructor Plus are good for this price. I own 4 other games, the rest is uninteresting. So I skip and wait for a re-bundle.

The price is not bad compared to the game quality, but Quake currently costs 2€ in the Humble Store, cheaper than the best tier of this deal :\
