Tip for anyone that can't get into the shop.rebellion.com website. I was having issues, so I used my phone and turned off wifi so it would connect to the cell tower and I was able to access shop.rebellion.com without any issues, and checkout with the free steam key for AVP 2000 using the REBEL30 promo code. :)

Not sure why I couldn't connect to it through my normal ISP cable service through Cox.

Just sent them an email about the duped key, even the contact was slow and bugged out. Expected with the hordes of people trying to jump on the offer wagon, i think it would be far better to just make a blog post about it and give it an 100% discount on Steam.
