Maybe it was intentional on their part, but I really doubt it.

Also appears to be a 3P handler on the transactions. I suspect that's where the breakdown occurred. Dunno.

Thankfully they were able to retroactively fix it, so ppl shouldnt have kept anything that wasnt intended for them, you did nothing wrong by posting the givaway they clearly did it because they wanted more attention. and should be no harm no foul they were able to disallow all the keys that were taken inadvertently, hopefully the 3p takes it hard tho, a screwup like this if not quickly and properly handled could slaughter a beginning developer like this
