Lets get to the point. Player won the game Just Cause 2, I've sent this key to him, he activated it and everything was fine. Few days later what I see is contributor value decreased by price of JC2 like he didnt give that feedback about receiving. My question is, who will have problems with that. Me or him. Because i dont have another key to spare and there are many proofs that he got this game (including his comment at my profile).
Thank you in advance.

He made me sure that he received that gift by posting a comment on my steam profile http://steamcommunity.com/id/gulasz/

Is the giveaway you're talking about the one on your profile? Or is it removed?

Just tell him to mark it as received, it still says awaiting feedback.

Besides talking to him about it, you could later on go to support and ask what can be done there. First talk to him, perhaps he just made a mistake.

I did send him email time ago, still no response from him : / Yet he is logging probably once a day so this is nearly imposible to contact him via steam.

You can write a comment on your profile in reply to, he should receive a notification. I think it's just a mistake, just write him to confirm again on SteamGifts he received the game.

Not sure if its the same situation, but something like that happened to me:

I sent out the prize, and it was confirmed on site. A few days after, it suddenly disappeared. Talked to the guy, he fixed it, but it kept reverting, so he contacted support.

It got fixed quickly after!

Make sure you take a screenshot of that comment he made on your page just it case and write a support ticket. It might take a few days for them to sort it out but they will get back to you eventually.

First of all, you should have taken this to support and not put up all those links. Second, he is still on your friends list and you have their e-mail. Can't you ask them about it?

If you need more help, go here.
