1. You have 7 days to send your gift
2. re-roll tickets are processed with high priority and usually they are resolved fairly quickly

So you won't need to worry about the ticket processing time results in you not being able to send the gift.

It seems to be anywhere between 10 minutes and half a day. Most likely depends on when does one of them log in to do some support stuff. :)
