no, the only way to get the steam ver is trough steam. All other keys are for GOG.

I probably would for Origin, but I;m going with the lowest price I can find, and so far, it will be on GOG for me.

Well you don't really know then because Origin and Uplay do give out GoG keys (DRM Free once Redeemed).
The ONLY place to get a Steam copy of Witcher 3 is on the Steam Store. If any grey-market reseller sells Witcher 3 it better be a Steam gift otherwise they're trying to scam you. There are no Steam Key Codes sold for that game.
