A.V.A Help

So basically I need help, so there this game called A.V.A Alliance of Valiant Arms it got shutdown back in 2016 but there is a related achievement granting an untradable item yet so beautiful knife that I want, is there any way to install the game and use SAM to get this achievement I already tried using this: steam://install/102700 but it just direct me to the store page, thanks in advance
