hello , just asking ! , for people who have already activated restricted game will they get their steam accounts banned ? or just the new ones ?

I would imagine it is retroactive and anyone that has violated the new rule will feel a ban butt hurt at some time.

the problem lol i've been trolled when i bought a game i tought it's global then i found it restriced --' so if my account closed gameholds will pay me the games i own lol
