Indie Gala Profile locked

My indie gala profile has been locked since march 17. First I tried introducing the unlock code and I get send to the main page, then I click on resend code and I get a 404 page. I have written daily to indie gala support and they haven't been able to solve my problem, the first response I got I just stated the problem was solved, and my profile still was locked, then I received today a second response and he just sent my my profile link, which I have requested several times using the "Forgot Password" option when I tried login my credentials.

Has anybody have this problem or mention me where else I could ask for help? because indie gala support is not solving my problem an are not answering my emails quickly. I have tried several times leaving messages on facebook and in twitter. The problem is with their system, because I tried unclocking my profile from 3 different computer in 3 different browsers and still got the locked notice.

i forgot my password and did the password forgot thing and i also just got looped to the mainsite or to the forgot password button
i think it worked after doing it ofren enouth
i am not sure what i did though
but nothing outa orddinary

how did you did it often enough? copying your profile each time or hitting the back button?

i cant remember but i think it was the forgot password button, until i got the correct email
i look throu my mail if i can find something useful
if not you can consider my post a little troling cause i rly cant remember

you have to enter a code that you got per mail?
i got that too and it worked fine
but i rly forgot my pw sometime
and i seems like i pressed the forgot pw button 3 times cause i have 3 mails for it in my mailacc and only the first one have a link to reset pw but it didnt work when i remember correct now
it worked the next day maybe...

that has been a problem too I thought my solution would come next day because somtimes shit happnes, but since march 17th im locked

Happened to me after I used Hola! addon to buy stuff avoiding shitty VAT, I just received a code via email and unlocked it, that's all, no problems.

that's not he problem the problem is that whenever I introduce the unlock code I get looped back to the mainpage! and thus i can't unlock my profile

Indiegala has poorly coded their site network which works bad, not surprising this thing happen there more than in other places, sadly the only ones who can help you are their support :/
