How to remove games from your steam list?

How can I put some of my games on giveaway?
I don't play some of them anymore, so I would like to share them with everyone, but no idea how

you can't, they are bound to your account, you can not give something you activated on your account

You can't. The only way to remove games from your library is to ask Steam Support, and if they do, its just gone. Poof.
