I have a pregnant wife and three children, so I would load up diapers, milk, what food we could carry, clothes, a bible, medicines, money.

I understand ur mindset. I most recently became a father! So family comes first. Religion is also important in moments of distress. For me it would be a Quran that I would take, but the thought would be the same :) thanks for sharing :D

It depends on how urgent the situation is, minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months.
Almost everything I own can be reacquired later in digital form.

I only have a couple items that absolutely cannot be replaced (they're the only copy in existance)
They're relatively worthless, but to me they have no price as they cannot be replaced.

Thanks for the answer.

Iam really interested in things that are priceless for u but worthless to others, if u want to share :)

For a specific scenario: let say u have 1 day to plan and just one backpack.

Priceless to me but worthless to others: I've had to move around a lot in life during school.
So I have an autographed book from classmates, and an autographed shirt from a separate set of classmates.
Plus my certificates, diplomas, medals, geological samples (crystals, gemstones) etc.

I just have a "Treasure Chest" if you will of stuff that cannot be replaced.

Can you give a little more context?

I don't want to influence your answer much with context, but. Let say the event is sudden and u have only a backpack.

A laptop, phone, perhaps some writing utensils and a notebook, some food, depending on the situation, maybe a book I currently read, wallet and a few personal items, that have nothing button sentimental value to me.

A computer, a phone, a physical map of wherever I'm going, whatever important documents I have, some food and water, some spare clothes, whatever money I have, a flashlight, a knife. That's what I can think of right now.

Since you mentioned above that you want to know about things of sentimental value, the only such thing for me that is not digital is the large map of the world hanging on the wall next to my bed. But it's too big to carry with me and it's not irreplaceable, so meh.

I think there will always be something important to you that you have to leave if it's nessessary.
Would you try to get ur map back if it's feasible and situation allows it?

Phone, tablet, jewels. Anything that is small and has some value to it to trade for necessities in case of emergency if I'm going to run out of food/water. Things like Laptop would probably be useless since there won't be any internet/electricity.

Things like family regalia or ww2 medals I'd rather hide somewhere, dig a big hole outside of town and return to pick them up when/if everything is over. People were doing this for centuries, really.
