More or less it's probably for game testing, AKA a Test Server for an upcoming big patch for Rusty Hearts. Not sure why you'd want to test out the Japanese version, especially if it'll come out in America eventually... Unless it's a huge patch that will change everything in Rusty Hearts I don't necessarily see a point in it.

Oh, and I don't know enough Japanese to be of any use, though Yatterman should be able to help you for sure.

maybe you dont know but perfectwrold is not realy the best on game development

rusty hearts is full of buggs half a year passed and nothing fixed, guilds dont work, skills are bugged, etc..

So is the Japanese version newer/better than the English one? I just don't see the point otherwise if you just wanna play/test the game.
