So... The rules are
The person you name has to be at least level 3
They must have a clean profile (all won games activated, no multiple wins of the same game, no fake giveaways... so basically nothing that would break the rules of this site)
They are not allowed to choose the one who picked them first - so no kind of "I'll pick you and you pick me back" - agreement

Yup. I thought it might be nice to bring it up in case people never heard of the game, tried to win it and then had a chance to still get it while it's cheap if they didn't win :D
