omg now that you mention it, I could have sworn I had Ethereal as "we ran out of keys but we'll inform you when we get more" among my keys and now it won't even show that in my purchases anymore wtf.

I had the same thing with Roombo: First Blood, it always said "ran out of keys" and less than a month ago this entry was removed from HB library (among other entries, like limited-time keys).

I don't suppose there's any user protocol yet on how to proceed from here? Me having an unclaimed out of stock for Ethereal is but a faint memory now, I think I last tried about a year after that bundle ended, now it just did ye ol' poof.

I mean it's one thing if they can't get more keys (then again, why sell more monthlies than you are able to foot the bill for? At least with the jingle jams etc it showed how many keys there were for games X Y and Z if there was limited stock). And then to have the audacity to sell the game again in store. Bruh.

With Ethernal and Roombo (and few more) was other problem: They were added after some time of end of that month, and as we all know steam is limiting how much new developers can generate keys, and that might be the problem in these cases.

I don't suppose there's any user protocol yet on how to proceed from here?

There is huge problem with that: you don't have any proof that these games were there, you don't own email that you claimed link and any receipt or invoice.

This is reminder for us to check twice and make proofs of similar things for future.

Which bundle were Roombo and Ethereal from?

Roombo was from January 2019 HB Monthly -- on start as HB Original DRM-Free version, after some time they put Roombo to Steam store and send out steam keys for ppl who owned 2019 January Monthy. I just had bad luck, becase i checked my Keys library after month when they send out them.
Ethernal was in 2018 September Montlhly and it is the same story.

Thats not cool. They removed my key from my HB page, I sent them an email about it when it happened. And now that they have more they have not put it back. Thats not right.

Pretty sure they've stated they won't be adding more keys to bundles. If you got a key then lucky you and if not it's basically tough shit.

I still have the not available key on my account. Opening a support question now.

We were given the Steam keys as an extra to the DRM-free version that came with the bundle. Usually, those keys were given after the bundle had ended, with a couple of exceptions. Given that fact, we don't have any rights surrounding this, since they were under no obligation to give us a steam key in the first place. I missed out on several of them myself, so I'm in the same boat as most of you. I didn't get the keys in time, but no big loss. I have the DRM-free version if I want to try any of them out.

I am willing to bet that if any of us contact support, this is the sort of answer we'll get.
