How to create a giveaway?

Click on the \/ behind Giveaways at the top left and click 'Create a new giveaway'

first you must be sure you login already by use top right button "sign to steam" green
second\after you go up left button giveaways push V then create

if you not like mobile view,you can push in chrome browser hamburger "..." 3 dots button and then push "Desktop site" down down the menu this will show you the site same on pc.
