Just wondering, why have you set a minimum real CV restriction on Won? You're punishing people who haven't won anything (remarkable)?

Honestly, I don't fully understand how SGtools CV works. It's my first time using it. I was trying to set it so that entrants had to have sent at least half of what they've won, i.e., You've won $100 worth of games and sent at least $50 worth.
What'd I do?

"Minimum ratio using Real Value of gifts Sent/Won on Steamgifts: 0.5"
This already ensures that your above condition is satisfied. (e.g. won $100 and sent at least $50)
"Minimum Real CV (Sent): 1"
This requires that the entrant has to have sent at least $1 worth of real CV, in addition to the above condition. That's reasonable.
"Minimum Real CV (Won): 2"
This requires that the entrant has to have won at least $2 worth of real CV, in addition to the above conditions. This is what I didn't understand. To be honest I'm not really sure why this option even exists, but it's probably for good measure (its interesting counterpart is the Maximum Real CV (Won), which lets you limit people who've already won too much).
