Try Pogo.com. They have Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, Connect Four, Battleship, Yahtzee, and probably some other board games I'm forgetting. They also have a variety of casual, puzzle, and card games. Most are free, though there are some you can only play if you are a member of Club Pogo (however I believe all the board games I just mentioned are free).
Enjoy.

So lately I've been playing quite a lot of Settlers of Catan (non-Steam), Board Game Online (non-Steam) Ticket to Ride, and Spectromancer. I was looking for other card/board games to play and was disappointed to find out that Monopoly doesn't have online multiplayer. So I'm reaching out to you guys for some suggestions. They don't necessarily have to be on Steam if you know of a game that can be played through a website. So far I've found Magic the Gathering and Risk Factions.
Thanks ^_^
