Pro tip: When creating giveaways, you can search by App ID too.

/!\ Always double-check your wins!
If they do not match with what you activated, you will get flagged. This can lead to your successive wins being rerolled, other members blacklisting you, gated giveaways locking you out, groups denying access, and suspensions.

Open the store page of your win after activation to see if you own it, for instance. Steam activations history here.

Q: What if I have already marked a misleading giveaway as Received and it has been locked since?
A: It is recommended that you pick one of the following options (feel free to link to this discussion) :

Contact support requesting to change the giveaway status to Not Received;
Contact the gifter in the comments, requesting a gift that matches the banner of the giveaway;
Inform the gifter that you agree to delete the giveaway, and that they'll have to contact support requesting to delete it;
Alternatively, buy the correct game or get it through other means.

When you're done, Sync Account manually. In case of old persistent flags in SGTools checks, force a full resync there.
