A pity about the Humble thing, but if you're in the EU you should consider that you have certain rights and that Humble Bundle can't take them from you as this thread shows. I know it might be late now but consider it for the future.

I saw that post and I turned to them as EU citizen but they just blocked my email after support member told me he will send it over to higher authority,,, :P

Well that's when you report to your local authorities for theft. Usually when customers contact the support services of any company we tend to think that they have power and we do not, but you'd be surprised how far a bit of a forceful tone can get you. Threatening to sue or contact your local authorities would probably have had a better result.

I did try with my authorities, that's why he said he needs to forward case to higher rep. Also I tried contacting authorities for real, but they said they cant do anything as US based company :P

I see that many entries have been invalid, will investigate each winner separately anyway, if not false positive then I ask for re-roll or giveaway deletion.
You connected the level 0 and 2 train, in the last level 0 GA of the first train, which means when someone entered with the sgtools link for the level 0 train, he is able to enter the level 2 train too, without to go throught that check and will be listed as invalid.
Same counts for the other direction if someone entered the level 2 train and move in the first level 2 GA back to the level 0 train.

Yes, same req. but the 2 different gates check if someone entered with doing the check of gate level 0 for the first GA of the level 0 train and gate level 2 for the first GA of the level 2 train.
If someone done the first check but not the second and enter the first GA of the level 2 train, he will be marked as invalid because he not done the check (gate 2) for that GA. That he done the check for gate 0, with the same rules, don't make a difference on it.

oh, I just checked few of those invalid and it showed they have false positive, so I guessed they had to get direct link from someone (as I said it's fine for false positive results, but I won't allow for others)

another thing is you had direct links to the giveaways before the sg tools was added, anyone who bookmarked any of them would have bypassed both checks legitimately.
I wouldn't crack down on invalids here because of this, if you had SGtools at the start cracking down on them is fine.
I for one could have entered any of these without doing the sg tools checks as I was here before you added it, I didn't bother bookmarking them so that isn't a problem. Not everyone is going to double check if links got changed after.

Well as title says it isn't exactly the factory day which is few months away (17th March) but quite the milestone for me is Steam account
