Try leaving some groups, chances are they're finding you through those.

everyone even remotely active and human gets those, there isn't really much you can do about it beyond quit all your steam groups and get rid of anything tradeable from inventory. even then it may still happen some, but not nearly as high of frequency.

Don't bother accepting them. Just look at their profile and if they're low levels ignore them.

That's why I usually don't accept friend requests from users which:
A: have a private profile
B: Do not have one of the multiplayer games, I have in my library
Because why should someone add me, if he doesn't want to play a game with me or doesn't want me to see his profile?

Yeah pretty much anyone below level 4 is instantly blocked by me. It only takes a few seconds so it doesn't bother me much.

in last 3-4 days ther r lot of spam from random users with lvl 0-2 and locked profiles, 5-7 requests per day
i try to acept them to friendlist, but there is only same spam from all of them, i report, but its not the way
someone have same ? and how to fix (i dont want to lock my friend request)
