Q: are games bundled with hardware like video cards acceptable for giveaways here

i bought a new video card and they were giving away the witcher 3 with it so because i already own it i figured i might share the love and give the second copy away. but since it is through a third party (nvidia) that i have never seen a giveaway through i wanted to make sure. it redeems to steam account through the redeem.geforce.com website in a manner akin to humble bundle.

well if it redeems through steam account, it should be fine as long as it works

There's no Witcher 3 Redeem code to Steam. Every key goes to GoG.
The only way to get it on Steam is by purchasing at the Steam Store itself.

see this is why i ask. thank you guys. i thought it was steam because the arkham knight was through steam. thanks for the info, the link verifying information especially.
