Just a quick heads up: HRK is a key reseller and are obtaining their keys against the terms and conditions of original sale. Please avoid purchasing games from them and their parent company G2A because it hurts the games industry and small devs.
This is probably why Selfie is not considered bundled by ITAD, because HRK is not a licensed site and likely obtained the keys through some unofficial means.

Do you have proof? I'm not trying to defend them, what you said has already been floating around for quite some time now, and I believe it to be true. I believe someone asked a few devs and said it was legitimate, but I've always hesitated regardless.

While they may have a few legitimate contracts with small devs that don't do their homework, it is obvious that they also are selling grey market keys from big publishers with whom they are not authorized. I suppose I could send a message out to CD Projekt for example about The Witcher 3 and ask if HRK is an authorized seller or if they believe the keys they are selling were obtained from the proper regional sources, but I'm pretty sure I know what the answer will be. I may do so anyways just to settle any doubts.

I see this has been discussed a bit before -- I just have to say that the chat session log completely re-affrims my view that they are obtaining keys from distributors in cheaper regions (like Nuuvem or somesuch, or buying GOG keys for Witcher 3 from the Russian/CIS region) and then reselling those against the publisher's wishes. While they may have a few legitimate contracts with really small indie devs/pubs that don't do their homework on who they're dealing with and are desperate for exposure, they also obviously are participating in grey market practices which are against the wishes of at least some publishers and so one can not know for certain which games they are selling in full compliance and which ones they are selling that have murkier origins.
