Game with the same gimmick as Evoland

So, i remember seeing a game on steam with a similar gimmick as Evoland and Evoland II, in that it is a mashup of console generations. You advance from the game boy era, to 8 bit to 16 bit and so fourth. I meant to add it to my wishlist, but forgot and now I can't find it. Can anyone help me with the title of the game? Thanks in advance!

yes! That was it! thank you! I was thinking it had "Bit" somewhere in the title! yer a life saver...well....i mean, no life was in danger..but you know what I mean!

Erm.....I think I was thinking of both! :O Eitherway, they both look excellent! Just bought life of pixel and wishlisted bit evolution! Thanks all! I actually REALLY love that gimmick! I'm a sucker for gimmicks :(
