nVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 because it is cheaper and is an overclocked nVIDIA GeForce GTX 680

I would say in terms of power they are pretty similar and both will get you the ultra settings you want. At the end of the day though, the 770 is newer meaning improvements and will last you longer as well as having a slightly cheaper price tag.
