There have been some great hot rods and speedsters over the years. The Plymouth Prowler, released in 1997, is not one of them. By the mid-1990s, car designers worldwide had access to powerful new computer tools that enabled them to design new cars quickly and easily using a computer mouse and not much more. From this quantum leap in design technology came the Prowler, a retro-roadster/speedster hybrid that was meant to look futuristic with an open-wheel frontend and low-slung hot-rod fuselage. While this design might have looked cool on an old Mac computer screen, it did not translate well to the showroom. Chrysler went all-in on the Prowler in the mid-1990s and stuck its standard 3.5 liter V6 engine under the bonnet. Unfortunately, this engine was only capable of producing a lackluster 250 horsepower, which disappointed people who expected so much more from the car. The Prowler also lacked a manual transmission, which made it almost impossible to lay down hot rubber. The result was a car that looked weird and disappointed everyone who test drove it.
So not only is the car ugly, but it sucks too. :P

I refuse to choose anything other than the Fiat Multipla. It's the worst car I've ever seen (not included rusted old scraps).
What I don't understand with any ugly car being released for sale is how many approvals it has to pass before getting to production.

I always thought that Isetta's were ugly and pretty much a worthless design, especially trying to drive one in the United States. The poor thing would get crushed like a bug by someone in a SUV. No safety features in this thing.

The Mitsuoka Orochi is built to look like a dragon/snake from japanese mythology. The Citroen CX looks better in person. And the rest are concept cars.

To me the Orochi looks more like a predator from the movies. Trying to give the design a higher "significance" by saying it tries to resemble this and that does not change the quality of the final result - at least to me.
Also I am aware that most of the cars are concept cars. You can read the name of the car when you hover with the mouse over the images.

It's not the ugliest ever but this one is so bad looking it makes me retch.
Yes it's porsce and it boggles my mind how bad it looks compared to other models.
