I had 45 giveaways end at the same time. The number of entries ranged from 40 to 300. I had 2 instances of people winning three giveaways, and 3 or 4 instances of people winning two of the giveaways.
I don't think the algorithm used here is completely random. It generates the seed from somewhere

1 in 120,000 chance of winning both giveaways assuming they're independent. That said, applying odds retrospectively is a bit of a no-no.

I have one guy who won two of my giveaways, but not in a row

Good thing you blackened out the user who won your giveaways ... it's not as if everyone can visit your profile :P

There are a bit too many "unlikely" winners that crop up when giveaways end at the same time.
Unfortunately, giveaways dont report the exact time of ending, otherwise I would go through all of mine. I'd be willing to bet that the number of multiple winners I have is statistically significant.

I have 70 instances of giveaways that ended at the same time. I had 8 or 9 multiple winners, winning a total of 20 of the giveaways.
