Only thing there is that HRK is shady as all hell. They want you to send pictures of yourself and your id to use a validated credit card or even Paypal. There's no way I'm sending these knuckleheads personally identifiable information to use valid payment forms. You can sign up for their pay system, but it charges you money on top of what you're paying. IMO you should stay far, far away from HRK.

Oh, they'll actually sell you game licenses. But, I sincerely question what they do with all of the personal information they collect. They tried to convince me that they just use it for verification and "safety" and then destroy it once you're verified. Riiiiigggghhhhtttt. I don't think that they realize that it's not even legal to ask for this information. That's not their business. If I already have a verified form of payment, they should accept it, period. It's not their job to police credit cards or anything else. That's the credit card company's job. That's why they alert you right away if they detect fraud and change your card number. So yeah, if any business wants a picture of my face along with my id (perhaps use to this make fake ids, anyone?), they're officially shady and I won't do business with them.

Picture ID is mandatory for some online services in certain countries. Ironically, it is the opposite, illegal in other countries.

I've purchased their make your own bundles several times and never had to do any of that. My Paypal works with them the same as any other bundle site. I haven't tried a direct CC payment, but I won't do that on any bundle site.

Yeah, they flagged my PP as well. I think it's because I went to use a credit card first (did that because credit cards are easy to cancel...if someone hacks your Paypal, they potentially can extract money from that account or a linked bank account, and that's a lot harder to unravel). When that caused them to ask me for all kinds of insane information, I switched to trying Paypal, and then they asked for the same info there. Completely insane. I even emailed back and forth with their support and have the thread to show where I was telling them that they're breaking all sorts of privacy laws in some countries, and they didn't seem to care. They just tried to drive me toward their proprietary pay service, and there's absolutely no way I'm using that.
What's crazy is that I have incredibly good credit. Like well over 800 good credit...and I'm the one they flag. Maybe that's on purpose? Maybe they're fishing for info from someone who's responsible (because which id would you rather fake? A valuable one or, say, me when I was in college with a $500 credit limit?)...dunno. It's sketchy no matter how you look at it.
HRK is dead to me, forever. IMO they are crooks and I will never do business with them.
