because steam don't receive is 30% on key and if the publisher sell 50k copy for 50cts they don't sell any on steam (and steam have all cost for DL and stock on server etc) sometimes the dev don't know and haven't is %!

PPS this site don't fix the cosp of ticket with US store price?if it's not sell on steam why they have more 1p cost?(not a criticism just for know beacause today I see a deleted game for 20p XD they can't put a banner as for DLC for those like obtain deleted game? because with a normal cost we don't know if it's a deleted game between go on steam page ^^)

Steam is limiting the number of keys that can be generated per sub. If a dev wants to generate more keys, dev needs to fill a form to Steam Support to generate additional keys (but there has to be a good reason). A developer can abuse Steam Key Generator by creating multiple subs without any changes (region restrictions, promotions, etc) and generating keys to multiple subs -- and this dev did this.

I see only one GA with two copies made by (probably) dev. There are no keys for this game in the wild (or maybe some RU shops have them, I'm too lazy to check). Currently 20% off on steam {historical low}

I agree. The first episode has been free today in one of those shady, slow loading key sites. Probably no one of the giveaways is the complete edition, and I hope any winner will report the maker for not giving the full game - if the makers don't realize soon enough and delete the giveaway.
