Steam trading system / DoTA 2 issues ?

So..I had 2 x DoTA 2 treasure keys and received another 2 via trading. Strange is that I can't find the latest 2. Did anyone also have this problem at one time ? Also, what should I do, wait or open ticket to Steam Support ?

** Trading history shows I got em, but they still won't appear in backpack.

Tried F5 refresh, same ; also, do you have any clue about how much should I wait until I see them ?

maybe u need to click them in game, i had this problem with csgo skins, i needed to accept them in game inv then i can see them

These issues are old. Closing Dota forces the servers to update, just open Dota and go to the amory, then close Dota.
