I used keys from NVidia promotionals before and they should work just like ordinary keys, yes. Both of mine were Steam keys, but I don't see why yours wouldn't work fine just the same. So you could trade them as you see fit, though in my experience, non-Steam keys are usually in much lower demand/value.

Okay, I'm a bit confused about something. I recently bought an RTX 2070 super which included Wolfenstein Youngblood and Control. I get my GPU and an email with a key to redeem the games. The thing is, the key used to redeem the games just reveals two more keys, one for Wolfenstein Youngblood to be redeemed on Bathesda's launcher and the other is Control for Epic's launcher.
So my question is, can I just trade these two keys now? Aren't they just your standard keys like what we get from places like Humble Bundle?
