You can always use that money later. You don't have to spend it all right away. Plus you can always sell cards in the market and accumulate those extra 2,50 euro and see if you can buy something later. Money can accumulate pretty fast if you're actually saving it.

"EDIT: Jesus fuck people!"
I don't think Jesus visits this forum frequently, and even if he did, he probably would not like him if you tell him to fuck people.
By the way, since Jesus already died once, would that make the fucked people necrophiliacs?
Anyway, the most pointless thing here is this thread itself. If your friend has payment trouble with the Steam store, he should contact Valve's support team.

He's asking for a possible advice he might not be able to provide to his friend..
This is forum, where people discuss all sort of things. If you're trying to be smartasses, believe me you don't look to be one.
With your logic, people should contact game developers for walkthrough, not forum or Youtube videos, correct? Fuck logic.

Incorrect.
With my logic, people should contact the appropriate support team if they have trouble with a product or service (unless they prefer random guesses to a definite solution).
Why would you compare a walktrough with payment issues?

Also, using your Steam wallet for strictly Steam games means you avoid blacking out through a sale and waking up the next day to the revelation that you now have five hundred copies of the same game and no rent money.

Did the money get transferred? If so, there would be a receipt in PayPal which you can contact support with, if not, wait 24 hours and try to buy again? I never had any problems with Paypal purchases, and that's my preferred method of payment.

Weird, I always use paypal but I always instantly receive the confirmation, then receipt and followed by the game itself..
Most prob payment didnt go through, but they should notify you in that case. And maybe they did but you accidentally close that window before you could see it..

Probably didn't confirm the transaction on Steam after authorizing Paypal. Paypal will send you an email, even if you don't click through on steam afterward. If you haven't been charged, check Paypal's website to see if they have a pending transaction. If not, the transaction failed, try again. If so, contact Paypal.

Looks like someone tried to accelerate the posting process by hitting the submit button multiple times.

Or the page didn't load due to the multiple server issue and he pressed F5, posting his answer every time.

A friend of my just bought a game from the Steam Store with paypal. However he didn't got the gift or order confirmation. 2 hours passed and still nothing. He paid through a verified bank account.
Whats going on?
EDIT: Jesus fuck people! Stop crying about how he's buying Steam games FFS. If he like this way then leave it.
