Is there a list to see if games have been in a bundle? Going to buy a few to give away to see if I can't get to level 4, but from what I remember bundle games can't take you past level 3?

If you're giveaway ended before the date of the bundle you'll keep the full cv. Sometimes the list of bundled games on sg is not up to date and games get added with bundle dates in the past. In these cases you can lose cv.

No, if your GA is created before the date that is considered bundle date, then you get full CV

What about price drops? If i give Shadow of the Tomb Raider now will i still keep $50 cv when the price drops?

No, CV is calculated based on the current price of the game on Steam, so if there is a price drop (or if the game becomes F2P), CV will be adjusted accordingly.

One exception is removed games, where it is based on the last recorded price of the game.

When you attempt to create a giveaway there is an * next to games that are reduced value because they have been in a bundle and now ** next to games that get you no CV because they were free. If you make giveaways for games before they were bundled (or really discounted) then you will keep full CV. But games can be retroactively added to the bundled list if the mods find out about a deal later on. So if you get a really great deal on a game key don't expect to keep full CV for it. Bundle games can take you past level 3 but you will need to give away a lot of them...

Games on the bundle list give a 15% of the value, so for example a $20 game will give you $3 CV. Also, there is no limit to how high bundle games can take you, it just becomes harder to level up using them as you get higher.
