Please Help Me Calm Down

Sorry, no giveaways this time. Maybe a really cheap one if somebody helps me.

I'm really fucking pissed off right now. Fighting against UDK all day. Crashing constantly, especially when using the lights which are the most important things as far as my assessment is concerned. Everything breaking. Multiple reinstalls, assets missing and corrupting, and only two weeks to turn-in, which means I'm going to have to cut stuff. "Angry" doesn't begin to describe my situation.

That said, I need to calm down and get back on the horse right away. I literally have no time to slack off now, but after the 50th crash today I can't be arsed at the moment. Anybody got an idea of how to calm down so I can maybe get back to work?

Go for a walk, eat some ice cream or something other that tastes good, you'll be back with fresh energy and while walking will perhaps get some good ideas to help you with your project.

My rage levels mix when playing Tribes, since I go as an Engineer and spend the entire match fixing the turrets, which multiple people realise and then team up against me...

This isn't so much negative results as just plain unfinished. I want to finish, regardless of quality. As my teacher says, it's better to finish at all over quitting.

Did all these crashes start all of a sudden? Following some update, perhaps? If so revert that update whatever it was, GPU drivers, UDK itself, audio drivers, whatever. If some update is at fault then perhaps you are not the only one experiencing such issues, a google search with the update might give you some info.

Nah, these have been pretty consistently building and I think it might just be my awful workflow and terrible organisation piled onto terrible memory optimisation on Unreal's end (many other people are complaining about the Content Browser freezing regularly). I'm not going to do a complete clean-out of my UDK folder until this project is done and I need to reset for my Major Work due in 2 years (a much better timespan to work with).

I think I'm just a little stressed because I also have to do several paintings and an animation (fully rendered with passes) as well as this game.

I workout when something PC related pisses me off. It doesn't necessarily calm me down, but it puts my mind in the right place? Not sure how else to describe it. Maybe - I won't be zen, but a physical resistance feels pure.
