How can I add it to my account?

1. From ASF's own console, if you don't know how, read this.
   • Can I do this from a mobile? Unless you have ASF running somewhere and another Steam account to send the command to, no.
2. From SteamDB, just go to the link and hit the green "Free" button.
   • Can I do this from a mobile? No.

Aren't you getting the cards?

• You have to add another license to your account before, so the library will update and start dropping the cards, for example a free game. Thanks lemusz for figuring it out.

Want to remove a game from your account?

1. Go to the Steam support page.
2. Scroll down to the end, and in the search box, enter the name of the game.
3. Click on the game when appears in the Products section.
4. Then hit the "I want to permanently remove this game from my account" option and confirm.

If you want to reactivate the license in the account, you should be able replicating the steps with a "it doesn't appear in the library" option instead and that you want to recover it.
