Anyone have any experience with Xsplit for streaming?

I am using xsplit broadcaster and am having issues with my twitch being Live, it just says offline even though according to my Xsplit program I am live, I emailed Twitch but im wondering if im forgetting to do something, I linked my twitch in it so it automatically connects
