But most PC AAA games in Romania come out at about 40€ (in most stores I found them) and digital copies are 59.99€, incredible deals we have here.
Skyrim Legendary Edition when it was released: $59.99 on Steam, $20 retail (with freaking extras...) and it's still $29.99, wow
But I guess we can't really find indie games in retail here...

And why do ppl buy collector's editions of the games if they can buy the game alone cheaper? same here - these indie games usually are digital only, so boxed copy with bunch of extra items, nicely printed boxart and manual etc is like a collector's edition.

From the FAQ which was easy to find on their site and was the second question down....
What comes in an IndieBox?
Every month, your IndieBox will contain a retro-style game box, USB game cartridge, color manual, and original soundtrack. However, IndieBox will always come with other collector’s items related to the specific game featured each month. Some of the past items have been posters, buttons, stickers, static cling decals, game controllers, keychains, etc.

Basically, you pay $23 every month to receive an indie game.
This month's game is discourse, which cost $15 on steam right now, so why would I pay $23 for a $15 game?
unless there are multiple games, I really don't see the point.
