Just a pro-tip: most groups are looking to recruit users who will keep the group going by sharing and not just harvesting. So in general, yes, it is "necessary", as in welcome, to make giveaways. How many and how often, and which kind of giveaways depends on the group.
There are however open groups, that have no requirement but they are not likely to improve your chances of winning, which seems to be what you are looking for... since everyone is there just to win and not to share and the few active members who do make giveaways to ensure the group is active can only make so many so there will be as many entries as level 0 public GAs.

yeah I am ready to share but some groups want really too much game for entering and for me it is illogical.Also there are lots of dc groups which really give games for free as you mentioned before

Start creating GA's - > Create more of GA's -> Join good groups -> Regularly create another GA's / Win group giveaways -> Profit

I don't want to give games to random people who can be toxic instead of them I prefer to give them to people who are friendly so I am LF a group where both sides win games equally.

if it's the latter, you can just join any public groups. i saw people that joined 1k+ groups just for this.
