I know, maybe it was some kind of "combo" like uploading an avatar, comment in a discussion and something else. I did it yesterday and i know that it gave me more gold (I claimed the game and still have 25 gold)
Maybe someone else can complete the info, but i´m pretty sure that the avatar was involved

The rewards on BrightLocker have been adjusted several times.
There was a combo including the avatar, but now there are just 4 ways to earn free gold:
- verify a new account = 5 Gold
- share a game on Facebook = 10 Gold
- share a game on Twitter =10 Gold
- have a friend register using one of your links = 10 Gold

I don't think sharing a game on Twitter or Facebook gives gold anymore, I tried and received 0.

According to BrightLocker it should still work.
Of course you have to be logged in. And you get the reward only for the first time, not every time you share a game on either Facebook or Twitter.

work hours? maybe when i first started using tremors and i would do play a game till lvl whatever offers, but now i just let videos run on my computer while im asleep and i pull 1k coins each night. 2 years and $44,060 worth of items for work while i sleep, ill take it

Sharing to FB or Twitter doesn't seem to give gold, just XP. Fixed my profile up and everything, still at 5 gold - any concrete ideas how to get more?

They changed many of their gold rewards from a week ago. most now 50% and many disappeared.
Click on your avatar, will list all the available badges, if you mouse over them it will show what gold and vote (heart) rewards you get when u earn badge.
But very few golden rewards now

Thanks for the heads up! On emore badge to get gold: Log in on Oct 31, to get 50 gold (yes, halloween)
There are also some other games which go for just gold, so depending on how/what you spend, you can choose differently
Just a few I found:
The Padre for 66 gold (Early Access, keys will be sent Feb 2018) (I bought this, as I still had 71 gold)
Blood Ancestors for 100 gold (or 150 to include bonuses)

I really do wonder how this site is supposed to make its money. Supposedly every gold is $.10? That means people are getting over $15 worth of goods just by signing up.

It says that there is an unlimited amount of keys so if it is locked as some have said then keep checking back for it to be restocked
