Easily buying multiple copies

Hi all, I have a couple of giveaways open at the moment and want to buy four copies of the game I'm giving away, but I can only add one copy at a time to my Steam shopping cart. Is there an easy way to buy multiple copies of a game and get them all in your inventory?

The easy walk around I usually do is buy from broswer, open more than 1 tap buy than open another tap again. so you only save the time from searching the game again

buy in browser, and have the shop site for game open, and open shopping cart in new tab everytime
